I was fortunate to have someone who took care of my needs
and interest, when I was refinancing my town home. I had
heard of all the paperwork and following up on the process,
that it was very intimidating, to say the least. I am not
an expert on these things, I leave it to the experts, but
I didn’t want to be taken for a ride.
Fortunately, I had heard of a staff member at work who
has a relative that does refinancing. That was all I needed

I had been trying to refinance for two years. Every company
I contacted denied me. I was with Fairbanks Capital, the
worst company in the world. Finally, I found a company
who said give them two weeks and I’ll be away from Fairbanks.
Well, the two weeks turned into ten months with no results.
I got disgusted and said the heck with it.
Well, a friend told me about Josh Dowlut who helped her. So, I called
Josh and explained my situation. Josh said he could help me and give
him two weeks. Josh Dowlut is a man of his word. Within two weeks, I
had a new mortgage company, a lower mortgage payment, bills paid off,
and a settlement date. I was thrilled to finally get away from Fairbanks.
